We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.
ANY ORDERS PLACED USING A BUY 1 GET 1 FREE CODE ARE NONE REFUNDABLE, ANY ORDERS THAT ARE SENT BACK WITH ONLY 1 ITEM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AS THIS WOULD BE A FREE ITEM.
Your refund for the total value of the returned item(s) (excluding original postage paid & £1 item fee) will be issued to the original payment method.
Please be advised that returns have a cost of £1 per returned item that will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is due to cost increase. We are trying to keep this increase minimal for our customers.
Please be advised when sending back an item for exchange you will be required to make a payment of £3.99 for the cost of shipping when we send out your exchange, this can be done via PayPal and our team will contact you to organise the payment once we have received your return.
Please post your items back to us using the post office, or other courier of your choice. the fee for these services is payable by you. We can not accept returns in person. Please include a note with your order number, the reason you are returning the item(s) and please state if you would like a refund or an exchange. Please ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we are responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Please allow 14 working days from the date we receive your return, for us to process your refund or exchange. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, if a card is lost or stolen then we can still refund to it. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and post it back to you. Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification or lingerie/swimwear products.
How to return step by step:
Website orders-
1) Re-package items and state which items you are returning / exchanging on the order invoice you received with your order.
2) You must include your order invoice in the parcel *we will not be able to allocate your return if the invoice or order number is not stated inside the parcel* If you misplace your invoice please state the item description(s) along with your order number.
3) Please state our address clearly on the front of the parcel-

4) Send via a tracked service and ensure you keep your receipts.
There is no need to notify us of your return.
**Please Note: We are closed on Weekends therefore couriers must return parcels Monday-Friday**
TikTok orders-
All orders placed through the TikTok app, returns must be arranged through TikTok.
You must request a refund through the order page via TikTok.
