Glamify Fashion "Win the Entire Collection" Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
 The promoter is Glam Consultants Ltd, trading as Glamify Fashion ("Glamify"), company number 12309197, with a registered office at 6 Martins Court, Hindley, Wigan, WN2 4AZ.

2. Eligibility
 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Glamify, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Agreement to Rules
 By participating, entrants agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Glamify as final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.

4. Entry Period
 Entries will be accepted starting on Tuesday 8th April at 8:00 AM and ending on Thursday 10th April at 4:00 PM. All entries must be received within this time frame.

5. How to Enter
 To enter the competition:

  • Like the corresponding Instagram competition post.
  • Tag a friend in the comments section of the post.
  • Sign up for the Glamify Fashion newsletter.

An alternative method of entry (AMOE) is available: entrants may enter by post without any purchase. To enter via post, entrants must mail their name, address, and contact details to: Glamify Fashion Competitions, 6 Martins Court, Hindley, Wigan, WN2 4AZ. All postal entries must be received before the competition closing time.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

6. Prize Details
 The prize consists of the entire range of clothing from the influencer edit, in the winner's selected size.

  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
  • No cash alternative will be offered.

7. Odds
 The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Selection and Notification of Winner
 The winner will be randomly selected and notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within 48 hours of the competition closing. Glamify is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, Glamify reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

9. Instagram Disclaimer
 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm that they release Instagram of any responsibility.

10. Changes to Rules
 Glamify reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should external circumstances arise beyond its control.

11. Data Privacy
 By entering, entrants agree to allow Glamify to add their email address to the Glamify Fashion marketing database. Entrants consent to receive future communications from Glamify via email. For more information about how Glamify handles personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
