Glamify X Billie Clements Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoters

This competition is jointly hosted by Glamify Fashion (@glamifyfashion) and Billie Clements DJ (@billieclementsdj).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Proof of age may be required. Employees of the promoters and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

  • Like the official competition post on Instagram
  • Tag four friends in the comments
  • Follow both @glamifyfashion and @billieclementsdj on Instagram

Bonus Entry: Share the competition post to your Instagram Stories for one extra entry. Your profile must be public for this to be counted.

4. Entry Period

The competition opens at 00:01 on May 29th, 2025 and closes at 23:59 on June 2nd, 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize

One winner will be selected at random and will receive:

  • 5 x tickets to the ‘On The Moove’ event on Saturday 7th June 2025, taking place at Number 3 Kings Dock Street, Liverpool, L3 8JS
  • 1 x bottle of alcohol of their choice (subject to availability) to be redeemed at the event
  • 4 x Glamify X Billie Clements collaboration t-shirts (one per guest), delivered to the winner after confirmation of size preferences

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email on June 3rd, 2025. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are correct. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.

7. General Terms

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
  • Travel and accommodation are not included.
  • The promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • The promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

8. Liability

The promoters accept no responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including technical faults. Attendance at the ‘On The Moove’ event is subject to the venue’s terms and conditions.

9. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the competition will only be used to contact the winner and arrange prize delivery in accordance with UK GDPR laws. No data will be shared with third parties or used for marketing without explicit consent.
